By using Sooba, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Sooba is an AI assistant for students that you text. He helps you plan, reads the calendars you connect, and adds or changes events on your own calendar when you ask him to by text.

User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• You consent to receiving replies by text at the phone number you text Sooba from.

SMS Messaging

Texts from Sooba are sent through the Momentum SMS Program. When you text Sooba, you consent to receive automated replies. If you opt in to event heads-ups, Sooba also texts you before events on your calendar. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Limitation of Liability

Sooba is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for missed deadlines, incorrect scheduling, or any academic consequences resulting from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
